Availability of Dvinelingerie Products
Dvinelingerie features products that have been carefully selected specifically for the Internet and many of the products are only available for a limited time. Once the stock is sold out, we may not be able to offer this product again, if this is the case, the product will immediately be taken off the site. This is of course subject to our notification by manufacturers. All products are subject to availability.

Information and Price Changes
The content of this site is presented, "as is. We reserve the right to correct or update product information and prices, and, shipping and delivery information at any time without prior notification.
Prices of individual products may change from time to time.

Informational Errors
Dvinelingerie has taken great care in presenting the products as accurately as possible. However, the images that you actually see will be subject to your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an absolute depiction of the actual merchandise.

Returns Policy
Dvinelingerie has a thorough returns policy to cover damaged products and those you would like to swap or exchange. Please read our returns policy it is there for your protection and satisfaction.

Shipping and Deliveries
We here at Dvinelingerie aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but within 10 working days subject to stock availability and public holidays. If an order is going to be delayed we will contact you and give you an accurate delivery date.  All orders are sent out via courier and are subject to courier schedules.   Please let us know if you wish to have the order sent to a different delivery address or if the order is urgent by emailing us at Dvinelingerie deliveries are shipped by our chosen courier. In the unlikely event of serious disruption of delivery services, outside of our control, we do not take responsibility for longer than stated delivery times. We will naturally endeavour to get your product to you in the fastest time possible.
