Protecting Your Right To Quality!
All of our garments are covered by the Dvinelingerie 'Guardian Angel' Customer Guarantee. This ensures you are completely satisfied with your dvine selection or you receive a refund or replacement garment.  Please follow these instructions and do not hesitate to contact us directly if we can be of further assistance.

Return Conditions
We only require that you return the garment within 14 days of purchase, unworn and with the manufacturers label still attached.  If you wish to return any item then please contact our customer services department.

Need a New Fit?
If your first pick isn't the best fit, it's no hassle to swap. Please print off your online order and state the new garment you wish to replace it with. Please include the brand, new size and product description i.e. Caprice, Milano under wire bra, white, size DD.  Repackage the order with this information, along with the garment you do not want to keep and post to the return address below.

Prefer a Refund?
Please state on the order you have printed, that you would like the purchase price refunded. Enclose the printed order with the garment and post to the return address below.  If you have paid by credit card we will simply credit your account. If you are an international customer we will credit your account with the purchase price in New Zealand Dollars.  This is subject to exchange rate adjustments from your credit card provider.

Damaged Garments
If your new garment is damaged in any way, in the first instance please phone us. We will request that you post it back to us. We can either send a replacement garment or, if you would prefer, refund the purchase price and shipping costs. Please indicate on the printed  online order which option you would prefer and enclose this with the garment when you return it. 

Right to Cancel
You can cancel an order by sending us a cancellation email or by ringing us at the contact number as listed below.
